Braids Workshop for Kids & Parents For parents/caregivers, and kids between ages 4-12 Sunday 16th February, 14:00-17:00 Learn how to create simple, protective braid styles for your child’s natural curls, coils, or afro hair with confidence. Elizabeth will demonstrate all techniques directly on your child’s hair, covering: Basic braiding techniques: cornrows and single braids. Combing. How to section and prepare hair for braiding. Adding extra hair to the braid. Finishing the braid ends. Maintaining braids to prevent damage and ensure longevity. Scalp care. Recommended products for moisturising and healthy hair and scalp. You’ll leave with practical skills to braid your child’s hair at home in ways that protect and preserve their natural texture. We’d love to see both parents or caregivers attend, and strongly encourage dads to join too! Important Booking Information: Your booking is for a demonstration on one child and includes up to two parents or caregivers in the audience, receiving the demonstration while the child is the only one having their hair styled as part of the workshop. If you would like a demonstration on another child, please book an additional spot. Please let us know beforehand if you need to bring any other children with you who are not taking part in the demonstration.
